About the Founder
Jose Luis Perez-Griffo, known as “Pepe”, is a licensed architect with credentials in New York, New Jersey, Illinois, and Spain. With 20 years of experience spanning diverse architectural typologies, Pepe has devoted his career to exploring and mastering all facets of design, from initial concepts through to final execution.

After earning his architectural degree and licensure from the prestigious Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain, Pepe moved to Chicago to broaden his professional expertise and gain deeper insights into the U.S. design and construction landscape. His time in the U.S. allowed him to compare and bridge the similarities and differences between European and American architectural practices. This cross-continental experience enriched his perspective and set the stage for further educational pursuits.​​
In May 2008, Pepe graduated from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation (GSAPP) in New York City, earning recognition for the top portfolio in the M.S. Advanced Architectural Design program. Since then, he has contributed his leadership and design acumen to several award-winning firms, including STL Architects, OWP&P (now Canon Design), NBBJ, and Matthew Baird Architects.

As he embarks on this new and exciting chapter of his career, Pepe is driven to foster a design culture that emphasizes collaboration and camaraderie among design and construction professionals. His vision is to tackle the most demanding and impactful projects with creativity and unity, enriching the lives of clients and their communities.
